Hi, this is your Philadelphia member. I am looking closely at the Facebook page and web page for the first time in a while and enjoying all the content. I have several suggestions: 1. Putting a sentence mentioning Rabbi Alana on the “About” section of Facebook. You could hyperlink her name to her email or to a contact window with email and phone. 2. Having a “Contact” button at the top of the T’chiyah web page, with email and phone numbers. People are accustomed to looking for a “Contact” button. “Stay in Touch” is good, and there is some overlap. But redundancy and multiple pathways to engagement help online presences work even better.
